Fernando Fernandez-Monge is a public sector and urban policy specialist, and fellow at the Bloomberg-Harvard City Leadership Initiative. He has been involved in projects with the cities of Boston and Pittsburgh, analyzing their fiscal policies as well as their urban transformation and social inclusion strategies. Previously he was a staff member of the World Bank, advising various national and subnational governments in public sector reforms across Latin America, Europe and Asia. He holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master in Public Finance from UNED University and the Institute of Fiscal Studies, and a J.D. in Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
